One by One Leadership is a Christ-centered organization
that relationally connects and equips diverse people
to engage in family, neighborhood, and civic leadership
for the purpose of improving the health and equity of
Fresno communities.
What We Do...
• City as Parish
Equipping churches to develop leaders and systems that
will facilitate the mobilization of their members to
ministry according to their gifts.

Neighborhood Community Development Corporation
Facilitating the creation of affordable/new and preserved
housing, commercial and retail enterprise, economic
and job development opportunities in the neighborhoods
of downtown Fresno.

Leadership
Working alongside neighborhood organizations and helping
them build capacity and develop a unified vision.

• Mentor Center
Volunteer mentoring program, which recruits and trains
mentors, and then matches them with participants who
are in need of support and guidance as they enter the
workforce.
