Rural Economics Alternative Project (REAP), Stockton-AFSC

Picture a garden of people of many varieties, all of them stretching toward each other as they sink their roots into the soil. That's REAP-the Rural Economic Alternatives Program of the American Friends Service Committee. REAP is based in Stockton in the northern San Joaquin Valley, an area with a service and agrarian economy.
